Hours & Cancellation Policy
It is understandable that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, I respectfully ask for scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
I want to be available for your needs and the needs of all my clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. Circumstances have caused me to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours, the client will be charged at full price for there session.
This also goes for clients that bought vouchers. Vouchers will be takin 24 hours before the session. So if you don't give proper notice, you will loose the voucher.
Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as I institute this policy. This policy will enable me to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all clients.
